Is my credit card information secure through this site?
YES! Your credit card information is protected with a secure SSL Certificate that encrypts all of your transactions through our site with industry-standard secure sockets layer (SSL) technology. If the online store accepts credit cards; rest assured that both your credit card information and personal information are protected.

How much do you charge for shipping?
We ship UPS in most cases, but can ship USPS to PO Boxes. The following shipping rates will be automatically charged on your order:

Do you charge sales tax?
We are required to charge sales tax in the states where we have a physical location (HQ, distribution center or company owned store). At this time we must charge 6% sales tax for items being shipped to the state of Kentucky, which will be added to your order during the checkout process.
What is your return policy?
If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items for a prompt refund or exchange. Refunds for items returned within thirty days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. Refunds for items returned more than thirty days after the purchase date will be in the form of a credit redeemable on your next purchase. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. If you have an exchange for the same dollar amount as the original purchase, no additional shipping or handling charges will be incurred.
